Refund Policy

If there is an event that requires the refunding of a payment by Skipton Airport Transfers, we will make the refund payment back to the card, be it credit or debit card, from which the payment was made. The refund will be made within 48 hours of the return request being received by the company. If there is any reason why a payment is unable to be made to the original card, and these reasons are outside the control of Skipton Airport Transfers, a cheque will be drawn and presented to the named cardholder and the named cardholder only. Anyone who would like to receive a copy of the Skipton Airport Transfers return policy should contact us, vial email, with your request. We will provide a copy of this request in a reasonable time frame.
Once the booking has been dispatched to the driver. The driver will ring the customer to reconfirm the booking. If it's a pre-paid journey then the driver will wait at the pickup point at the given time by the customer. The customer has to ring the company or the driver to confirm their availability till the given time otherwise the company won't be responsible for any refund.
In case there is any kind of accident that happens on the way from God's side, in that case, the company will be responsible for half of the refund back to the customer and keep the other half for the driver.
